- When you are on the homepage, find Sign In and then click it.
- After clicking it, it is time for you to enter your email address.
- Then, click “Forgot Your Password?” link found on the next page.
- After that, you should enter your email address. Do it in the box.
- When you are done, do not forget to click Send.
- Just like that, you will be able to receive an email within an hour. Please check your inbox to find one.

In case you are missing the email sent by JailATM, follow the following instructions:

- First, check your Junk folder for the message. If there is no one to be seen, try to find one in Spam folder.
- If you do not see the email in both the Junk and Spam folder, you are suggested to resend the activation email by logging in and clicking the resend link.
- Another one is to add @jailatm.com and @m.jailatm.com to your Safe Senders list. If you want to know more about the Safe Senders List, you are recommended to contact your email provider.
After clicking the link and when you are on the new page, you should enter a new password and then enter it again for the second time to confirm it. Once you are done, make sure to press the Save button. In the next step, click Sign In and enter your email address and click the Next button after that. Then, enter the new password that you just made before. If you enter the right one, you should be logged in to your account after pressing the Login button.
