California Residents Only

Right to Refund: As a customer, you are entitled to a refund of the money to be transmitted as the result of the agreement if Tech Friends company does not forward the money received from you within ten days from the date of its receipt. If your instructions about when the money shall be forwarded or transmitted are not complied with and the money has not yet been forwarded or transmitted, you have a right to a refund of your money.

If you want a refund, you have to mail or deliver your written request to Tech Friends, Inc. at P.O. Box 16480, Jonesboro, AR 72403. If you do not receive your refund, you may be entitled to your money back plus a penalty of up to $1,000 and attorney’s fees pursuant to Section 2102 of the California Financial Code.

If you have a complaint, first you have to contact the customer assistance division of Tech Friends, Inc. by mail at PO Box 16480, Jonesboro, AR 72403, by email at support@jailatm.com or by phone at 1-877-810-0914. If you still have an unfixed complaint regarding money transmission activity, you have to direct your complaint to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation by phone at 1-888-298-8089 or at www.idfpr.gov.

Texas Residents Only

If you have a complaint, first you have to contact the customer assistance division of Tech Friends, Inc. by mail at PO Box 16480, Jonesboro, AR 72403, by email at support@jailatm.com or by phone at 1-877-810-0914. Maryland Residents Only

The Commissioner of Financial Regulation for the State of Maryland is going to accept all questions and complaints from Maryland residents regarding Tech Friends, Inc., by phone at 888-784-0136, or at the Commissioner of Financial Regulation.

All Other States: No Refund Policy

  1. I put money on my girl friends books. In Louisiana and she was married once in the past so in the system when I added the money I put it on her married name beings she was never divorced just separated and she got booked on her real pre married name which is something else and I need to get the money switched over to her real name or a refund. Because 105 dollars is a good bit of money exp when a loved one is in jail
