One of the most popular correctional service providers called Inmates Sales is now available on Android and iOS. It means those with Android and iPhone/iPad can use the service offered by the provider on their device instead of their computer.
If you want to use the Inmate Sales app, you have to download the app first. If you are an Android user, you can go to Google Play Store to download it. As for those with iOS, please visit the App Store instead. After downloading the app, you can just press the Open button and you will be directed to the front page of the app right away.

How to Use Inmate Sales App
In order to use it, you will need to log in to your account on the app first. It is pretty easy to log in to your account. All that you have to do is to enter the email associated with the account or username and the password. In case you forget the password, you can just click the Need a new password? button. Once you are sure of everything, lastly, press the yellow Log In button and just like that, you are logged in to your account.
If you are a new user and have not created an account, then you should create one first. Follow the following steps to be able to do it:
- Firstly, enter your phone number in the Phone Number field.
- Then, click Next.
- After that, verify your phone number by entering the verification code and click Next.
- In the next step, enter your email and click Send Email.
- Go to your email address and click the link to finish creating your account.
- When you are directed to the Create Account page, fill out all the fields, including the password, first name, last name, billing address, city, state, zip code, phone number, date of birth and account pin.
- Just like that you are logged in to your account.
There are several things that you can do with Inmate Sales app. One of them is to send an email to an inmate. The instructions are as follows:
- First of all, purchase Email Credits if you have not already done so. To make a purchase, you can just follow the steps shown on the screen. For your information, credits are used to send an email and cost 1 credit per 1 email sent.
- After purchasing email credits, now choose Send Email. By doing so, you will be taken to the portal to send emails.
- On the portal, you will be able to view a few things, such as:
- Home: This one is the main menu.
- Policies: If you want to find the jail email policies, you can go to this.
- Request Access: This one is where you start by first requesting access from the jail to email the inmate.
- Mail Box: This one is where you can send and receive emails.
