  • Incoming mail, before it is delivered to the inmate, it will be inspected by detention staff first, except legal mail.
  • Inmates can receive up to five photographs, but inmates are only permitted to have 3 in cell. If you send multiple letters with pictures, these will be sent back. The photo is no larger than 4×6 and it is not polaroid-style. You are able to include it with a letter or card.
  • Your letter may not contain more than 4 pages of paper.
  • In the mail, it is prohibited to include things like:

– Any markings with crayon, paint, or marker, you are only allowed to use black ink or pencil
– Postcards that have been altered or defaced
– Watermarks or stains
