According to the official website of JailATM, there are two kinds of the cards that are currently accepted by JailATM. The first one is Visa and the second one is MasterCard. While it is true that it is possible for the other cards to work, take note that JailATM does not support any of the cards aside from Visa and MasterCard. If you have a Visa or MasterCard card, you can add the payment method. In order to add a payment method, here is step by step to follow:
- First and foremost, you should go to the official website of JailATM and log in.
- After logging in, go to My Account.
- On My Account, click Settings.
- Then, click Payment Methods.
- Another thing that you have to choose is the New button.
- Now, you have to enter your card information. The information that you have to enter includes the payment method name, your first name, your middle name, your last name, the suffix, your address 1, your address 2, your city, your state, your ZIP code, your card number, and the expiration date.
- If you want to use this card to fund your messaging subscription, please click the checkbox that is located next to “Would you like to make this card your messaging subscription payment method?”.
- When everything is done, make sure to click Save.
For those who want to make a payment, below is the guide to follow:
- Firstly, sign in to your JailATM account.
- After signing in, choose Send Money Now.
- The next thing that you have to choose is the appropriate state and facility.
- After choosing these two, enter at least 3 characters of your loved one’s last name. Aside from that, another option is to enter their ID.
- Next, enter your payment information and the amount of deposit that you want to send.
- After reading the terms and conditions, do not forget to click and check the box and then hit OK.
- It is better for you to review the payment details and then lastly click Send Money.
If everything goes well, you will be able to see a receipt on the screen. When seeing it on the screen, feel free to either print it or go back to the home screen.
