Is a Monthly Plan for Phone Call Available on Securus?

Yes, of course! One of Securus subscriptions you can benefit from is Call Subscription. This call subscription allows you to receive up to 100 calls per month without worrying about the length of the call or how much money you spend to make every phone call.

The Call Subscription will link your phone number to a participating facility of your option. With the option of call subscription, you can now select to make a simple fixed-price monthly payment for calls to your loved one. With a convenient automatic payment option available, it will ensure that you will never miss a renewal payment.

Need to know, the call subscriptions are used for calling services that are provided over a specific time period. Of course, there are no refunds or adjustments for early termination prior to the expiration date of your subscription.

Each time you receive a call covered by your subscription plan, the Securus Call Platform voice prompts will really inform you of the number of calls remaining in your subscription period. You can also view the remaining number of calls in your subscription Management screen that is provided on the Securus Online page or on the Securus Mobile apps. Additionally, you can still receive a reminder email as you’re approaching the call limit for your subscription.

How to Make a Securus Call Subscription?

To make a Securus call subscription, you will need to register through Securus website or through Securus mobile app to create an account. Here’s how to create a Securus account!

  • First, you can visit Securus’ website here.
  • After you are at the home page of Securus, you can click on the ‘Sign In’ button located on the top right of the page.
  • In the next page, you need to click the ‘Create an account’ link.
  • By clicking it, you will be taken to the registration page.

You have to complete three stages to continue registration, including:

  1. Filling out email and password
  2. Choosing security questions
  3. Providing your contact information

Once you’ve filled all of your contact information, you have to fill captcha on the Verification Field. To complete registration, you need to click on the ‘Submit’ button. After you’ve created your account, you can then make a Securus call subscription.

What Happens If You Miss a Renewal Payment?

Collect calls from an inmate will no longer be covered by your subscription plan. Call Service will revert to a prepaid AdvanceConnect account process in which you are charged at the normal Agency call rates.

If your subscription expires, you will have to register for the subscription again from the Securus Online website or by registering into your Securus Mobile app. For more information, Securus offers an Automatic Renewal option to take the risk out of missing a payment.
